One of my baby Orange Platty's seems to pick at a full grown black Mollie, which is huge compared to it. I noticed this morning that its got a sold white spot on it now where the baby picks at it. Whats it doing that for, anyone know?

Plattys are bullies, and will pick on the most passive. In this case its the Mollie. She's likely to sluff off her slime coat now that her skin is damaged. She probably won't last, either through disease or starvation. Most bullied fish stop eating.

It could also be that the Mollie has a fungus or fluk and the baby is picking at that.

Platty needs to take a swim in the toilet. LOL

This baby seems to be the only bully too. I've had the rest of the mollies and platty's together for a long time and theres 4 more babies that leave him alone. Damn bully.
