Well,
As alot know, i want to get into nitro, but don't have my Jato yet. I just wanted to know while i'm at the hobby shop what extras/accesories i should get right off the bat. I know a fail safe and nitro(obveously) :hammer:

I nice quality rechargeable glow plug ignitor makes a huge difference. Definately a must have..

Also a hump pack battery the you can recharge.
You might want to pick up a cheap charger for the battery also.
You will see that buying "AA" batteries will get expensive.
You will save a lot of $$ if you spen the $$ up front on the battery pack and charger.

The Jato needs a 7.2v stick pack and a charger for the ez-start. and if you get that you will not need a glow plug ignitor.
you will need
After run oil
airfilter oil (yes the Jato comes with a little bit)
extra glow plug I liked the Traxxas heavey duty
and some tools for matinence

Like I said, get a good rechargeable Glow Plug Ignitor.. The EZ Start wire thingy is garbage....

well i knew that much...i ment like aftermarket stuff...maybe i should reword my question. What AFTERMARKET things should i get first?

oh gottcha.

I would say get some better tires and wheels. a RX pack and a failsafe are aftermarket stuff. I do not have one so these are the only things i can think of.
if RPM made stuff (give em time) them get that.

Avoid GPM and Integy if you can... Try out NewEra or somethin like that...
