I noticed most of you guys are talking about the finals. I think the owner of my lhs raced in that. His name is Rick Hess. He raced in the buggy class. He only made it to the c main though.
Does anyone know him. He was driving a new xray I think.

He finished 13th in Expert 1/8th. There was a fair amount of decent drivers in that class. Don't know him but there was 341 entries among 1/10th, 1/8 Int, 1/8 Expert, MT, Int Arena Truck, and Expert Arena Truck, plus each guy was able to have two pit crew. People were pitting all over the place. What division are you in (Midwest, South, North, Northeast, West)? Here's the results page:

I think I may have been the only one from here to run.

Oh I'm not that great. I'm thinking about buying a hyper 7 ready to go from a buddy of mine.

Not well, I broke three arms. Also had an issue with my steering servo horn. In the midst of fixing what I thought was a servo problem I installed my servo with the wire missing the loop that holds it out of the way and ended up getting cut by my brake rotor. I'll be running Arena Truck and 1/8th scale next year. I didn't run the MT at finals, just the Mugen.
