I currently have an HPI bullet MT, but I am looking to purchase a truck that is more durable. I have yet to run at a track but it may be a possibility in the future once I get board of riding at the local parks ect...

So far I am leaning towards the Revo 3.3 but I am trying to get an idea of what the total cost will be to get it how I want it.
I am currently running an OS 18TZ (P)-T in the bullet, and would like to put that in the Revo and just sell the 3.3 that it comes with. I am trying to figure out what exactly is involved in putting the 18tz in the revo. I have read many different things online, some say its a direct drop in and others say the crank needs to be cut ect... so I'm not real sure. I do not care about the pull start as I already have a starter box ect...

I also have the OS Tuned pipe and manifold, to me it looks like I will need a new manifold for sure but I'm not sure if the tuned pipe I have will fit or not.

For the clutch I have a M2C Racing Gen 2 4 shoe clutch which has a 34mm fly wheel, will this work with the Revo?

From looking online it looks like there is currently only one version available for the revo which is priced around $599? any other comments or suggestions would be apreciated, thanks for your help

you can use that manifold to run a rear mount exhaust or use a generic 1/8 buggy header and run a side mount exhaust ,the rear looks much cleaner but the side is cheaper and has more pipe options.

there I also a mugen manifold that works too and its cheaper than a os manifold ,just need to dig it out.

thanks for the reply. according to tower hobbies it lists the stock tuned pipe that comes with the revo at 4.6" long i just measured the os tuned pipe that i have and its around 5"
Looking at pictures online of the revo i would think i should be able to fit the os tuned pipe that i have in the same location rear mounted using the revo manifold linked above?

I shouldn't think it would be too hard to do the swap ,use the 3.3 mount you will have to cut the crank down and hold the clutch assembly together with a 3mm screw rather than a e clip other than that the slow bit will be getting the mixer arm setup properly so the throttle will open and shut properly.
