So i have an emaxx lying around, so i figured. . . Why not make it a short course truck? I mean the revo can be made into one.
. . .hence slayer.

Well before i even mounted a tire i put the body on and its too wide. I didnt realize the maxx was that much wider. Bummer.

You said it. I thought about running original tmaxx arms (the short ones), but I dont know if i want to invest money into something that may not work. Anyone wanna buy an emaxx?

post pics and I might consider cash or trade for a 1/8 scale Raze nitro buggy with newly installed .27 engine

its doable to get em that narrow, but you will have A) really crappy handling and B) almost no suspension travel. Thats the nice part of the revo is that it uses long travel suspension. the arms are mounted right next to each other, so you get the longest arm possible.

the slayer is not just a revo converted, the slayer arms are tiny when side by side, I have thought of this in the past too, did you think of just putting slayer a arms on it? that would bring it down to the slayer width for you
