fail safes..

one of my buddys was getting rid of all his nitro stuff.. (hes tring to get a 1/4 scale) and he had a fail safe in the pile of stuff he give me.. it is a dynamite race guard "dny2550" it has a price tag on it of 29.95 but our lhs is normaly way over priced.. is this a good unit??? does anyone run one?? any problems..
i know any fail safe is better than none but i dont want a fail safe that might fail on me.. false sense of security you know.. thanks again for answering my nOOb questions you guys really help..

It is a good unit and should work fine.
One small issue with it is it doesn't work with the Airtronics M8 radio but is fine for all others.
