fail safe?

does it matter where you plug the failsafe into? i.e. battery pack > failsafe > receiver? or does it always have to be throttle > failsafe > receiver? thanks in advance

The fail-safe goes between the receiver and throttle servo. I can not for the life of me see where putting it between the battery pack and receiver would work as the receiver is what gets the signal from the transmitter and it's these signals getting interfered with that is what the fail-safe is used for. When the fail-safe senses frequency inter-modulation in the receiver it does its thing.
