I READ TO BOIL TIRES AND RIMS TO REMOVE GLUE AND ALSO BAKE THEM IN THE OVEN FOR 45 MINS. FOR THE PEOPLE THAT KNOW, IF I DO EITHER METHOD WILL THIS DAMAGE MY TIRES AND RIMS...I JUST NEED TO REGLUE THEM.

WHOA! don't bake them in the oven for 45 mins! You'll just get melted plastic. I do use the oven method though. here's what you need to do ...
Set your oven to 300 F. Once it reaches temp, place your wheel in a cheap aluminum tray face up. Turn off the oven and place the tray on the top rack. Time it for 3 mins and check if the rubber will seperate from the wheel with minimal pressure. If not close the oven and time for at least another 3 mins. Take the tray out and make sure you have oven mits ready. Pop them off the bead to break the glue. That's all you need to do. Any longer and you run the risk of ruining your wheels.
Others do the boiling method. Pretty much the same thing. Just make sure you keep an eye on the wheels or damage will be your best friend.
