hay guys, I had my truck apart because the tranny wouldn't engage, and adjusted the forward/reverse output clutches, i took off the clutch bell clip to inspect the clutch, and jsut want to make sure i installed them facing the write way, according to what I can figure out, if the engine is turning counterclockwise, then these look like there facing backward :\

Clutch shoes are always installed with the trailing edge to the right.

Looks like you have it correct.

oh,....:opps:, thanks, by the way has anyone ever adjusted the forward/reverse clutche paws on the output gears before? I had the set screw (determines the clutch spring tention) screwed in all the way (maximum spring tention) and i assume the paw wasn't engadging, or needed a rediculous RPM to do so, so I loosened it off about half way, the paw is alot easier to extend now, I have yet to test that setup, so we'll see if that works;)
