The OS carb may not work on the FE without modification. I can't remember if the 10e or 10er has the holes drilled in the base of the carb. You will need the one that has these holes since the 15 fe uses two screws to hold the carb on. Where others use a pinch nut. Just be sure it has the two holes in the base, and the carb will make a HUGE difference in how that mill runs.

Its the 10ER that will fit onto a 15FE. I remember when I had the NTC3 and we had this discussion. You mentioned the I use that. It does work and makes things sooo much easier to tune.

I just looked on tower, and the 10e wasn't to be found. However they do have the 10e-r carb and it says its a pinch mounted carb. So the 10e has the screw holes right?

I remember the 10 er was the rotary but now I am questiong whether or not it was the pinch bolt or not. I am stuck on saying yes its the one that will fit onto the 15 Fe but since you say Tower says that it is a pinch bolt I am second guessing it. Haven't thought of it in a while. Lol

I have an .12 OS, it comes with the '10e" rotary carb. I just checked OS' website to be sure of it. Mine is a pinch-nut carb. The .12 OS CV-R comes w/ the 10 E-R, which is their rotary carb. if you get the engine w/ a slide its the 10 A.
