F-150 body on savage

The main color is spaz stix chrome, candy blue, purpal, custom aqua and green srtipes, rear cover is candy red, wing is odd ball custom blue... this is the 200mm wide f-150 flare side body made by HPI, the rear wing is held in place by the body clips and double sided tape.

I'm glad you guys like it.. too bad the chrome is screwed up.. hard stuff to spray.. why i tried it out on a bod i know i will kill in no time.. problem is wing mounted to body clipps adds strength to the weakest link..

Nice paint job. Still not sold on the smaller body on that big-ass truck. BUT, the paint job is sweet.

Hey CRS. I'm sure you own an airbrush right? Exactly how much bodies for your Savage do you own? I've seen your Bug, This Truck, The stocker, and I think it was you with some kind of low slung touring car body. But anywho...Nice job on all of your bodies. All of them are excellent. I have a favorite and its the F150. Dunno why.

i buy 4-5 bodies at a time.. that way i can have less than 20 each in them including shipping..

so far for the savage.. i got a total of 6 bodies, stock one, jetta #1 spaz stix holigraphic paint and candy purpal with chrome accents, the beetle, jetta #2 white one, the f-150 and the firetruck ill be startign this weekend..

jetta #1 is 90% dead if i cannot figure out a way to resurect the rear mount to it.. wheelies and flipping it took a toll on the rear trunklid of it using the SUV rear mount, it pushes thru the body, pluse i love to paint the bodies.. i find it fun and a challange to try something different/new like the beetle body...
