My ez start has a big problem. when I try to start my mt the ez start does not heat the glow plug at all both led lights on the starter its self glow and the engine turns over I just replaced the lead glow wire and the glow plug whats wrong.

I had the same problem about a month ago. I soldered on a new lead to the glow plug, and it still didn't work. Then I bought a complete wiring harness, and it still didn't work.
I had to change the body so I could get to the plug with a glow igniter. The problem is in the hand held starter unit. My LHS says that a few others have failed the same way. I haven't taken it apart yet, but there is either a problem with that pin connection, or there is a defect on the circuit board that burns out.
Sorry for the bad news, since the advantage of the EZ start was NOT to have to mess with igniters.

How much do you have your heart set on the easy start? Because Id say the easiest fix would be to add a pullstart. Preatty easy and cheap fix for like $16. Always a option.

You don't have to go to a pull-start right away. Try removing the glow plug wire and starting it using the EZ-start for the cranking power and a glow plug ignitor for the spark.
