Does a 3.3/2.5 EZ Start fit on the .15TRX Motor in the 4910 T-maxx, pretty sure the electric motor in my EZ Start is seized so I'm just going to replace the entire things from ebay probably. Any help would be greately appreciated, thanks guys/gals

Every thing is the same except the one way bearing, the bearings are different from a .15 to the 3.3. I'm pretty sure they are interchangeable. One uses a hex style and the other is round with two flat spots.

They are not interchangeable. The pro.15 engine has a different dimension spread pattern on the backplate to mount the ez start unit compared to the 2.5 and 3.3 engines.

Back when I had my .15 I put the ez starter from that eng on my 3.3 it worked fine except for the one way bearing. I still have that same ez starter

Hmmm, sounds like I'm going to have to spend the $5 for one on ebay and check it out.

Without modifications you are incorrect. The holes do not line up.
My kids use to try it all the time several years ago. I have made it work but not without a dremel.

Snook Man, your right, I looked at my old .15 stuff and saw that I did modify it to make it work. It's ben a long time since I played around with a .15. Sorry for the mix up.

davidbarton87, Snook Man knows his stuff, I look foward to his reply every time I post something, sorry for any confusing info I gave you.

No worries guys, I got into it tonight and turns out the motor was just stuck, sprayed some WD40 down in there took the motor out, took ez start off and rotated the crank by hand a bunch, sprayed a poop ton more WD-40 in there and it got pretty loose not like another motor i had on the bench but at least it would turn. Then i put the ez start on and tried it, it struggled a little to turn it over but still turned it over enough. mounted it back on the truck and hooked up my glow starter ( the blue wire wasn't connected yet, i searched thru the box of stuff the guy gave me and found it later but anyways) cranked, put the baseline tune on it and started right up with some 20% nitro. After taking it apart i wasn't sure if it had even been broken in yet so i went ahead and did an entire break in on it just in case. After looking thru everything it came with i have original manuals, stickers, everything all kinds of extra connectors and stuff. Frame doesn't even have a scratch on it just a little dirt but only like 5 min worth of run time dirt not the normal amount. so after break in it works like a charm. Sorry for the long winded responce, ya'll have a good night thanks again!!
