si , I'm getting sick of having to pull out my blue wire with plyers and ruining it , so i was wondering if i can get just a glow plug ignitor and use the ez start to turn the motor , if that will work , i need some experienced advice, oh and also is this better for the battery , power wise,

yup,

i know it happend to me, not sure if it happend to everyone else, but the sending unit for the power to the glow plug in my hand held unit for the ez start burnt up or something broke inside the wand, no longer had power to the glow plug. i went to a glow igniter, then about a week later went to a pullstart. this was a long time ago, back when the 2.5 maxx first was being manufactured.

do i need anything else to start th eengine besides the ignitor
i guess so eh , let me know, i never used one befor so i dont know how it works , I'm such a newbie lol

no, if your going to keep using the ez start, just your hand held wand, 7.2v battery and a glow igniter.

ok , so i coud put the ignitor on the plug and turn the engine with ez start and it would work then , if i understand correctly

also the ignightor starts it faster it seems since I broke my blue wire.

oh , i guess the old alzheimers is kicking in again , sorry about that , i totally forgot, i will try and be careful next time not to double post for nothing
