Hey hey

I'm in search of some nice, low cost exhaust gaskets for small block engines.
I'm talking about the round silicone ones.

so if anyone can point out some good ones some where. Id appreciate it.
i've seen them around on differant sites. but I'm just looking for the cheepest ones or what everyone else prefers.

thanks

Sean

lol why the heck would you post a link to those, I'm not even looking for that type of gasket, and I'm sure what i said was understandable.

but thanks...yea

Whatever you do dont but the vantage ones. They suck I went threw 2 in 2 tanks.

ouch, never seen em'

i split mine some how. my roto start backplate rubs my header/manifold badly..wel it use to. i dremeled out the area where it rubbed and its all good now.

thought i didnt have another "coupler" but i finally found one. still looking for replacements though

Dont be so quick to judge.. both of you are right.. the link he posted is infact an exhaust gasket.

I dont know if you know but there are actually 2 gaskets on the exhaust assembely. You in fact used the wrong terminoligy for the piece you wanted.. its called a silicon exhaust coupling.. Not A Gasket

Now.. those are just the ones on tower hobbies... all refered to as a coupling.. The point being you can call it whatever you want but dont throw a fit when someone gives you the wrong link and go insulting them.

a few stores?

correct me if I'm wrong..

but HPI is a MAJOR manufacturer

EXACTLY!!! HPI REFERS TO THEM AS COUPLINGS!!
"HPI Silicone Exhaust Coupling (2)"
E.S.A.D.

Please stop replying to fight me.. jesus

Call them what you want just quit being an butthead

Anyways if you want these "things" go to towerhobbies and use either search term.. just note which one gives you more results..
Also.. theres a difference, gaskets fit inbetween the exhaust and engine, a coupling goes over the connection.
