my legs look scrany anybody know some quadricep and calf exercises? this may be the wrong croud but its worth a try.
 
hmm maybe thats why they rebuilt the train station with more steps. you think those ones that strap on will be enough?
 
I use hand weights myself. Just carry them. The extra weight wil make the legs work and you can use them to work the rest of the body at the same time. Either let them hang at your side or pump them while you climb up and down.
 
for your calfs stant on the edge of a sidewalk with your half your foot off then do like tippy toes hold it at the top of the rep. for like 3-5 secs and do 10-20 reps. maybe 3-4 sets if its too easy then carry some weight in yours hands like 40-50 pounds this works really good for the calfs,leg press are the best for the quads or squats
 
Sit on the couch. Have plenty of potato chips, Twinkies, chocolate chip cookies and ice cream on hand. Keep large bowls filled with Goobers and Reese's. Eat these snacks constantly. Do not leave the couch except to stock up on more.
Eventually you will put on some extra weight that will give your legs the workout they need when you walk to the store for more snacks.
 
rolex I'm trying to lose weight LOL I've been pretty successful @ it for the past 2 years no junk food none of that crap. been the best 2 years too i actually keep my breat walking from the basement of my school to the 4th floor
 
In that case, keep the couch in the basement and the snacks on the 4th floor.
Climbing stairs is the best overall excercize you can get.
 
rollerblade i did that for years and my calfs are huge and everyone askes me what i do
 
I am always running after my flipped nitro so that seems to keep my legs in check.
