Kwong, I understood your fist post perfectly. I found it amusing! Unfortunately some people took it wayyyy too seriously and ran full force with it the wrong way. Ohh well.:whack:

Damn Sly, pace yoself bro. Nice ones though, haven't seen those.

ya kwongs civic post confuzizzled the hell outta me unil his other post, then it made sense. and i dont wanna get involved here in this but let me clarify some "exhuast" knowledge for ya:

on a N/A car, your best bet is to stay as close to stock size piping as possible, usually 2.5" or less. dont bother getting high flow cats unless itsl ike a car from the 90's at most they take 1-2 HP.

a turbo car on the other hand, will benefit the most from a 3" straight back pipe with no cats and bends. he difference between a 3" and a 4" pipe is sooooo minimal in resistance t airflow that 4" isnt trully useful until around the 600hp mark. think of it like this : air resistance to 2.5" pipe = 3, 3" pipe = .650 , 4" pipe = .200, you see thats why it doesntm ake much difference.

but in the end with a turbo car, just run an open downpipe, faster spoolup, sounds way better. or do what some people do, they make a y pipe and weld it to the end of the downpipe, and have a straight through 3" pipe with a muffler, and they have an electric switch open a cutout in the other side of that y pipe so when used air goes straight ou the downpipe again. quite and smooth, vs. loud and powerful.

This is the first time I have chimed in on this thread,
Say as you want , Post what you feel ya-da ya-da.

NA, I'm totally disappointed in you as a human being and your lack of social skills in your post.
Just because it crosses your mind doesn't mean you have to poop it out your mouth and onto the keyboard. Somethings are best left alone.

There are some things you have to take peoples word on. Family crisis is one of them. I sure hope you feel like a total fiddlesticks head about what you said. Just think, what if....... How would you feel? Coming from RobH I could almost, but not quite, think he would make a comment like that, BUT FROM YOU!

I'm just flat out dissapointed.....

Eddy, like i said - many people will probably think I'm an butthead for posting that, but i dont care. I call it like i see it.

Sorry for getting all offensive....I thought you were being serious and I'm sick of the rice already...ok srey then bye bye

kwong dog I dont mean to add fuel to the fire, but yo civic is struggling!!! I believe it would deffinetly fall into the "BUCKET" catagory!! sorry man but its a damn shame when your exhaust tips are larger dia. than your wheels??? oh and nice finder trim yo!?:sorry:

Wow! We go from dogging Somers to something totally different. This is the first time I spoke on this. Nothing against ya NA, but I am with FastEddy on this. The mans father might have passed and if he did man you should feel like an ass. So what the guy posted something that you might not agreed to, but that is hardcore. On the other hand, if he did just use that as an excuse, then he is pretty sad. No one knows the situation and to that I believe it should be dropped. To the ricers and big exhaust and stuff, I think it is funny when you see a car going to the road with a big ol can for an exhaust and it sounds like a lawnmower. Dont get me wrong I like Hondas, Mazdas, and Toyotas, but there is nothing like American Muscle baby. Anyway I had to get my 2 cents in.

This thread took a southerly turn too darn quick. Nice train wreck imagery...very appropriate.

Before you start slamming someone's spelling problems, NA, make certain that you have your spelling house in order. Would you like me to treat you to some of your finer work?

Regardless, this thread is now closed.
