Ok, I am gonna buy a evader st from a friend, but the one thing that pisses me off the most is how you have to practically remove the whole front end just to get to the damn servo out. So, my question is, has anyone done a mod to make the servo easier to acess w/o sacrificing a great deal of rigidity, and strength?

Here's what I'm thinkin right now:

Get rid of the whole front brace
fit 2 "tube braces" like on the RC10GT
trim chassis where needed (w/o sacrificing strength or rigidity)

yah ill say, i had to almost completely destroy my buds t-maxx to get to the one broken driveshaft...

i agree with just get a better servo and you won't have to worry about getting to the servo so frequently.

I beat the crap out of my evader st and i never had to replace the servo unless u want better steering for racing purposes just leve it and its not as hard as it looks to get the servo out.
just my :2cents:

I broke 2 servos, and stripped the servo arm 3 times. Racing in a parking lot, with high curbs. I finally changed to a 645 and aluminum arms.

Really I launchen mine off fo cliffs around 30ft and its intact every time on broke 1 first day I hade it for about one year.

I make a sweet bumper for it. It saved my trucks arms and the servo from being striped count less times ill try to get pics of the bumper.
