hey guys can some one help me.... I'm taking my stock engine off of my buggy and i am putting one of my other engines that i have used before onto it... am i going to have to break that engine in again .... if not how do i tell if it was broken it properly in the first place?!

To check the break-in,first pull the glow plug out. Then turn the flywheel and rotate the engine past TDC. If you feel little to no drag at TDC then the break-in is good. If it still gets fairly tight at the top,it needs a little more easy running.
I'd take it easy the first tank either way myself but you shouldn't need a complete new break-in on the engine.

thanks guys and whats best way to check if my gear mesh is set perfect?

Slip a piece of paper between the gears when you set the mesh. When you pull the paper out it should be tight, but as soon as the paper is gone the gears should turn freely.
