i have a wasp 28 engine.....ran great last year around 250 degree.......the other day i fueled it up & it wouldnt crank......put in a new plug & it still wouldnt crank so i tried another new plug.........still nothing......the glow starter was fully charged too......recon it could be the fuel ? it is almost a year old but never opened till the other day & its been in the closed where its at a stable temperature in the house........

If it's been sitting for a year, the needles in the carb might be clogged.
Is it spitting fuel out the exhaust while you crank it?

i finnaly got it to crank 1 time after taking the engine apart & cleaning the inside....i set the needles back to the position they was in & it cranked but ran only about 1 minute slowly sputering till it died.....maybe the fuel is no good ?
