engine wont start after overheating

i have a 4.6 cc 28cxp hsp bazooka and i was driving it the other day and it was running fine, normal amount of smoke was comming out considering i was running 1/2 10% and 1/2 20% fuel to get it used to the higher octane. after running for about 5-10mins the revs droped and wouldent go to high rev or idle then it just cut out, the engine got soo hot it deformed the cover and melted a hole where the exhaust pipe was, when i went to pull the starter it was seized up, i managed to free up the engine and lubricate it back to normal and it will only start when i have full throtle and have nearly flooded the engine and it will only run for 1 second, fuel is entering the engine as normal and have set the idle screw back to stock but same thing happens

Getting that hot may have killed the engine but before we announce the TOD you need to check for compression and make sure the glow plug is not damaged. For compression,try to turn the flywheel by hand with the glow plug in. It should get tight at the top of it's stroke and make a slight "pop" as it goes passed tdc. If it's really easy to turn all the way around it's dead. If compression seems ok,pull the plug and make sure it's not damaged and will glow BRIGHT with your igniter.

the compression is fine, everything works i just can't get it to keep running or let alone start normaly, might get some one to look at it cause i have been playing with the high speed, low speed and idle screw and it just wont change the outcome

Try a new plug even if the existing one looks ok.

Sounds like something came loose and starved it of fuel. I'd start from the beginning. Seal that baby up before running it again to eliminate air leaks. Read the tuning tips and tricks at the top of the nitro forum. It explains sealing in detail. It's a simple process.
