RC Driving Style
have new 4.6 savage kit that I built. If I un mesh it from the truck it will start, but when meched up it will not.
 
Sounds like the clutch spring has come apart. As long as the rest of the drivetrain is moving freely, that's the first thing I would check. It's also advisable to not start your engine without a load on it. That's real hard on the bearings.
