Engine temp

Hey guys

yesterday I was running my tmaxx and it hit 290 degrees. Wondering if that caused any damage and if my motor will be fine. I shut it off right away when I saw it was at 290.

You'll be fine. It's not recommended to run that hot all the time but temps will occasionally get up there.

I've seen 400 before, fried the glowplug, but the engine was fine and still running fine a year later.

high temps are ok every once in a while. Make sure you are putting after run oil in you carb when you are done for the day.
