engine swap??

I'm doing a engine swap, going from a f4.1 to a k5.9. I already ordered a set of 29/9 bullet proof diffs, what else should I be changing and what gearing should I be going with? clutch bell, spur gear, ect)

Is your transmission already 3speed? For more performance on acceleration and more top end. Its your choice.
