Sorry to hear of your problem, but it is not the fault of the lhs. If there is a problem with the engine you'll have to contact HPI for the warranty work on the engine. I had problems with my savage and the stock dogbones and with the oneway bearing that is located inside the transmissions. I just contacted HPI with the problems and they sent me the replacement parts. I would hold off on selling the Savage as it is a better MT (imo). I have both the Savage and Tmaxx and my Maxx is doing alot of sitting on the shelf. Oh and I had more problems in the beginning with my maxx then I did with my Savage. But because of all the problems I had with the Maxx my lhs replaced it with a new one. They could have as easily told me to contact Traxxas for the warranty work. But it was to their benefit to have helped me as by the end of the first month I had spent over $2000 in their shop.
But good luck with your lhs.
