Engine Rebuild

Hi everyone I'm planning to attempt an engine rebuild on my Hot Bodies Lightning ST10. I'm reasonably sure it needs a new piston and sleeve but I thought I would try this first. I have never done this before. Is it simply taking the engine apart checking for broken/damaged parts replacing any cleaning and reassembling the engine? I'll be very greatful for any advice. Thanks.

Use a clean surface and keep the screws with their proper parts. After you get it taken apart post some pics for us to look at! No better way to learn than just dig in.

The video tutorial posted is great! Shows you kind of what to expect

its only easy if your engine hasent been blown up like mine i thruw a rod tore up everythaing in there
