Hello from Nc, I have a serious problem. Here recently I had a TRX.15 installed in my stadium truck. Now when the guy installed it he could not see if it actually ran on the ground, all he knew was that the engine turned and idled. So here where it all begins I first get it and I install a radio the whole set up and I go ahead and crank it up and it starts. But I had other problems so I had to shut it off. WEll I did this off and on and now the pull start doesn't pull so I pull it off and nothing is wrong with it. So then I check the piston and nothing was wrong with that or the sleeve to my knowledge. Now here is the kicker when I lossen the glow plug or cooling head it will turn over, so now I really dont know what is goin on, any suggestions please HELP ME!!!!!!!!..............Thanks
Oh almost forgot the flywheel sometimes snagged and it would never spin the axle so it never drove

It sounds like something is binding up, or maybe it is flooded. I'd say take out the plug, put in a few drops of oil, and try to turn it over. Hold it upside down and pull, see if raw fuel sprays out.

It could also be a tight, new engine. Try warming it up with a hair dryer next time you try to start it.

Also you should clean the one way bearing in the pullstart with nitro cleaner. It is probaly slipping when you pull it.
