Well, my servo just came in and i installed it and went to go start it up, but nothing. I got fuel into the carb and all, but it wouldnt start. So i put my hand on the flywheel and itsa pretty easy to turn it, like theres barely any compression left. That would be my reason why it wouldnt start right?> Or would it be because of the leak i had earlier that i never fixed?

Also would a carburator from my f4.6 fit into the picco .28??? Thanks everyone

Just shooting in the dark here, but is your glow plug tight?

You could try the carb on the engine. If I remember right, people were using a nova carb on the S25 a while back. It's entirely possible that the F4.6 might fit the Picco.
 
well i really examend it today, looks to me, that the fuel isnt going into the engine and just spits it out and thatsz y its not starting. So i need to fix the spitting place thing! Frig i dont know what it is
 
well, i just took apart everything, looks like it was the shims, so i took em out, cleaned them, and shoved them back in, and there was my compression back again!! And, it started. The only thing is that it keeps cutting out. Like I'm running down the street then once the car is not moving it cuts out. The temp i got it to was 213.. Its not lean theres smoke coming out and it has a TINY bog when i starts from a dead stop. Soo I'm not sure wat it is. Air leak maybe?>
 
So, it does not spin when it idles, and i cannot really say when it cuts out, its sometimes, I'm driving and all of a sudden it cuts out, not ALL THE TIME, once in 5 mins. I can't tell what exactly it is. I took it off the ground and it did cut out with me even when its not on the ground
 
If you just flattened your shims, that would be your issue. You could have a small indent that would be too small to see. That would cause an air leak.
