I am buying a Trinity Sirio 3.0 .18 T-Maxx Engine. Obviously for my T-Maxx. Will I be able to install that engine with this pipe?

The reason I ask is because I already have that pipe, and it was pretty expensive. I don't want to have to just toss it. Help?

Thanx in advance,
X_Gamer7

Ok, forget that. I didnt know that the engine was $189. I will be getting a Team Orion Wasp .18 T-Maxx Engine instead. Will the pipe I have work with that engine? Or is there a better engine than that one for under $110?

I don't know about the Fantom engine or pipe, but HOT DAMN nice Skyline!

Jeez you guys, I ask a question and some guy with a hot chick picture gets on and all you talk about is that...thanx for the help :argue:

Yeah no one answered the mans question...lol.

X-Gamer....I've run the Sirio .18 with the SIrio Big Bore pipe and it's a kick ass top end-mid range pipe. The pipe that you posted a link to is designed for a .12-15 engine like it states. That pipe is gonna restrict the power of the Wasp .18 some. Your gonna need a larger pipe tuned for a larger .18 displacement engine. I don't think your gonna find a nicer .18 engine then the Wasp for the price. I would seriously reco you get a pipe tuned for a .18 like the SIrio big bore. They can be had for $36.00 shipped on E-bay.

I am now confused. What engine is better, the XTM .18 or the Wasp .18? Cause the XTM .18 is rear exhaust, but the Wasp .18 claims to have more power.

Hey man,

"Better" is often a matter of prefference and opinion and often isn't that clearly defined. I know people that have run the XTM here and abroad and they're very happy with it. THe Wasp .18 is a great engine for the price...I don't own one but have two bash buds that do. It has noticably more low end then the SIrio .18 which is more of a top end screamer. No suprise on the low-end power with thew Wasp .18 as the Wasp .26 is a mean low end beast. I'd get the Wasp for the price.

i also have the sirio .18, I'm running an 1/8 scale pipe but i ordered the sirio big bore pipe itll be a nice setup. i also have the pipe your talkin bout. the cvec pipe. i put it on my sirio and the restriction was so bad it was quieter then my moms mini van!! way to restrictive.
