Engin not turning over

i did away with the pull starter and got the drill type it was working fine till yesterday no its just spinning and not cranking the engine. so i took it back off the engine the peice seems to be working right when i turn it off the engine but not when i put it on. any help out their

Take out your One Way Bearing, and get the oil and stuff off of it. put it back in dry.

should the needle bearings fall out or is this my prob

Yep that's a problem. You need a new one.

Yup, sounds like your one way is toast. It just happens over time. When you get the new one be sure to put it on correctly or it will just spin and never catch. It should make the engine turn clockwise as viewed from the rear of the engine.
