Mounting new Injora wheels and JConcept tires on the Gatekeeper.

Huge problem...the bolts that mount the wheel to the hubs are too long and they hit the axle. Injora rim flange is thinner than the stock AE rim flange.

Honestly this whole wheel tire project has been a problem. The tires are constantly unseating themselves. I've literally assembled each wheel at least 4 times. It seems like the wheels and tires are different sizes. The wheels are beautiful but definitely difficult to get right.

This has been me with at least half my beadlocks
Half will be perfect then other half want to fight like a mofo. Frustrating

I don’t have that style of injora wheels so I can’t help with the issues, I have a different style of injoras and they have been great.
For mounting to the hubs, maybe you need longer hubs? Injora make bigger offset hub adapters, they are a lot like the vanquish slw adapters. Did the wheels come with some hub adapters, maybe they are about a 6-8mm offset? Get something in the 10-12mm range on Amazon.

I've only had that problem with a set of my mini crawler rims. Drove me nuts. After several tries I tossed them in a box. A few months later I tried again and got them to seat just fine. 🤷‍♂️ this particular set were a bugger to line up and keep seated while tightening. The only wheel design that gave me this problem.
