ok i am thinking of buying an electric car off someone but the only things that it doesn't come with is the remote control and receiver, can i just put the receiver from my t-maxx into the new electric car and use my remote for my maxx for the new electric car. will this work, or are there certain radios and receivers for this car..

Yes, it will work. You can also buy another receiver with a crystal that matches the crystal in your radio, you wouldn't have to move your receiver from truck to truck.

i know that, but can i use the maxx remote and receiver, the car comes with an esc, just not remote and receiver..

does it matter who makes the remote or receiver, just as long as the crystals match right???

but it will work right,, i crashed my maxx and will be rebuilding it but putting a lot more upgrades to it so i figured while i am doing that i can just take the remote and receiver from my maxx and put it in this new electric car???

i guess it will work right

yes, unless the reciever broke in your crash, it should with no problems.
