thats right after a while i figures out how to make an electric fuel pump for my savage 2.5. i am waiting for parts and then ill test it but it primes the system and keeps a steady trickle instead of unconstant exhaust preasure feed.

Sounds like a great idea mate, i'd love to see it finished! Will it eliminate the need for a backpressure line?

By the way, Welcome to RCNT!!!

ok so ya it will eliminate the back pressure line from the exhaust. right now i just got to figure out a type of relief or motor shut off for the pump to keep it from flooding the engine. i got a switch but its hard to control from the remote. but so far my truck has started easier but i need to get the fuel flow right cause when it starts it floods because the pump surges and over pressurizes the tank.

i was not aware of this. i have been trying to find some sort of fuel pump but i have come up empty handed. where would you go about buying one?

Thread moved to Savage section.

Too bad these still use compression from the mill to spin the impeller to draw the fuel through. An electric unit MIGHT be cool, however.

well i would but i always get a bunch of bs over nothing

It's always over SOMETHING, qaart.
