Truck has been sitting for 3 years and I want to get it running again. I charged up the starter controller and go to start it, but nothing happens. The starter motor is getting power because it starts to move but it doesn't. It just kinda clicks. Any ideas guys? Thanks!

Check the battery, check to see if its flooded, and maybe ur bearing in the easystart motor is dirty

Can you turn the motor over by hand? if the motor is frozen then ez start motor will not turn it over, and like h8z2luze said it could be that your battery for your ez start is shot and needs to be replaced...

How do I turn the motor by hand?

Its probably your motor mine is getting to be that way a brand new battery has troubles turn it over but when the trucks gets running and it stalls it starts fine, I need a new easy start motor. My modo is don't fix it unless its broke.

If the motor is tight to turn remove it from the truck and you can do two things soak it in old fuel ( I think is the best ) or spray it down with wd-40 i am sure the engine had old oil in it and is sticking making your start stick thinking it is flooded due to it is hard to turn.

You talking about the eazy start motor or the actual engine? Is the easy start motor ok to get wet? Thanks!

have you taken the glow plug out to see if it will roll over, put old fuel or wd-40 down the cylinder of the engine and let it soak, this will try to free anything up. I gottta do this with my Mercury outboard motor.

Yeah I took the plug out and sprayed WD-40 in there pretty much first thing. I didn't try cranking it until after I did this actually. Think it's flooded with WD-40 and that's why it won't crank?
