Easy peak plus error message

Charging two 2s 5000mah 30c packs. One charges to full, the other to the same voltage, but get an error. The error reads :

Battery Vol Err
Cell High Vol

Bad pack?

Are you balancing them as you charge them?

yea doing a balance charge. Get the same error message no matter how I charge them. Just ran them in the truck and one charged fine and the other same error, only this time sooner

It sounds like a bad cell in that pack.
