Best tool set for what?
Dynamite makes a good set for the price. I have used them in the past and liked them a lot. Everyone has different taste in tools making your question not a good one to ask.

Losi
Mugen
and Hudy
All my wrenches consist of these three makes. I had a set of RDL wrenches that where all right, but i find the handles to be uncomfortable and the colour and them also rubs of which is annoying.
