Dynamite rcx pull start

I am not familiar with that engine, but highly doubt any other pull-start would work--unless it is an aftermarket designed for that engine.

Are you SURE the part cannot be found? What is the part number?

Pull-starts can be fixed. They are a major PIA, but completely serviceable

I just replaced mine! Found a pull start made by Ofna at my hobby store. Fits .21 engines. can't remember the model number off hand though. Should run about $19 though.....
