I just bought a dynamite .19 to put in my t-maxx 3.3 and was wondering if I could get some feedback about break in and tuning I live in Florida so its hot and humid. I'm replacing a picco .26 because I got tired of it tearing up parts because of the power thanks in advance for any feedback
 
I would replace the main bearing, it doesn't seem to be very good quality. I had one in my jato but due to the RPM capabilities the main bearing let go at about 750cc. If you gear it so it doesn't scream out it should be a good engine for a t-maxx.
 
deicide666 I recently bought a .19t also and so far it has been doing pretty well. I even have big joe tires on it and stock settings in break in it wanted to pull wheelies.
 
basher- so it would be a good motor to put in a 2.5 maxx, i know the price is really cheap but i havent talked to anyone who has had it other than small stadium cars not a heavy t maxxx
 
If you replace the main bearing right away it's not a bad engine. I wouldn't touch it if your not willing to swap the bearing out as it seems a lot of people are having the same issue.
 
Maxxj- I think it would be I have mine in a 3.3 and its doing pretty good. I havent owned it for a real long time but so far its doing pretty good, its all what you think. It has a little more power than the 3.3 and looks to be as good of quality if not better so far.
 
i know the price is right for sure, i have a maxx roller that i need a motor for, i might check it out, thanks
