Dynamite/Horizon is AWESOME!!!

As some of you know, I had a problem with one of the cups on my Dynamite center CVDs. Well I e-mailed Horizon and told them of the problem. They got back to me within three buisness days, told me to let them know what part # I had purchased and they would send me a new cup. Well the UPS guy shows up at my door today, only two days after they told me they would send me the cup, and he has a package for me from Horizon Hobby. In it was a complete replacement set of center cvds! I love a company with great customer service, I will continue to use Dynamite products on all my RCs.

Anyway glad to hear they hooked you up man. Most of the large retailers Tower and Horizon will hook you up if you have issues..X

Their customer service went above and beyond what I had expected. Needless to say I am a very happy customer.
