Can it be done, dyeing the blue RPM arms with black dye and getting good results? Anyone tried it before? Bought some blue one and thinking black would look better. Bought theem kut of town while on vacatkon

Sell them and get black ones. I think it would be hard to dye blue-->black

not hard to do at all when I did my white arma I died the whole arm blue then did the black at the angle I wanted wasn't a problem at all it gives dien instructions on rpm's website

I haven't dyed plastics before, but have dyed clothes before. Usually going to a darker color is no problem. If the color seems "patchy" or thin in spots it may require a second dip.

Yes, you can. Use the liquid version of rit dye, and just leave them in there until they are black, if you pull them out too soon they will have a purplish hue to them. If you need to, do it a second time. I have dyed the purple ones black, and I have dyed red Tamiya plastics black with no problems at all.
