Your HS should be able to get you the dust boot's have to tried Towerhobbies.com / Amainhobbies.com / Ebay you should be able to get what your looking for through these outlet's..

I don't think traxxas offers a complete kit with all the dust boots. They sell separate kits for the center axles and the drive axles.

As far as outer drives... just take the torn up bits off and forget they were even there. IMO there not needed.
