Hey, i was wondering in the dual exhaust kits would be a good investment.
and if anyone knows, do they really gain you much more speed or tourque?

I had an integy dual pipe on my 3.3 T-Maxx and it was decent. Worth the money? No. Looked cool, but had I not had a wheelie bar on the back I'd have broken that thing countless times when I spun out and went rear bumper first into stuff.

If you prime your truck by holding your finger over the exhaust tip, then you'll hate having a dual pipe. As for tuning, I never had any problem with my dual pipe keeping my 3.3 tuned. I ran it super rich for bashing, and did notice a little more low-end grunt, but that's about it. Was VERY loud.

Overall, I'd stick with the traxxas resonator pipe over a dual pipe.

dont do it duel exhaust is no good if ur a basher, Example if u land on ur tail hard u will do bamage to ur header u will kink it and possably hurt the motor, unless u can think of a way to have a silicone header or somethin flexibale, my buddie got one and that was what i wass tellin him, And he spent $80 on it and ran it a week till he kinked his header, he didnt like it when i told him, "I Win":first_place:

yeah even with a tuned pipe I've taken it off several times from jumping wrong and landing wrong and it comes out the side urs would easily come off and it would just be for sow i dont think u could wheelie in one of those

You guys need to learn some spelling and punctuation!

I tried one on an OS .30, it was extremely loud and wouldn't make enough backpressure to keep it running much above an idle. Stick with marauder's advice.

Sorry to highjack your thread SnowKing but I have this pipe...

Should I be looking for a better pipe?
