I finally got the 18b back together and i am running the mamba 25 6800kv setup on it. The drivetrain felt a little tight after running it for about 5 minutes today. The motor was barely warm to the touch after i finished running. I picked it up a few hours later and it felt nice and smooth again.

ideas?

How are your bearings in general? I would look at the axle bearings first since they are easy to access. Then I would move to the diffs.

I changed out all the bearings on my 18t when I did the Mamba conversion like yours. Fast Eddy has good deal on them on his site.

i had my eye on the boca green seals since thats what i ran in the savage. going check fast eddies side to see what he has. i want rubber seal for sure but i don't know if i am ready to drop $100 for ceramic
