RC Driving Style
  1. Bashing
I have a t-maxx newer style and i have a qustion about it.....it is not my bashing truck I don't jump it just drive it I have it lifted as high as I can drove the first time broke driveshaft do i need to get longer drive shafts or could it have just been a bad driveshaft

you didnt hit anything? probly do to the angle since you have it so high I'm guessing. jus put some metal cv axles and dont have to worry bout it again.

Ok thanks a lot yea it is not my basher lol I got a nother Tmaxx that I have sitting low that I bash

I disagree, the metal shafts will not break, but It will cause the drive line to lock up as it rotates if the truck is very high, cv joints work off of angles, on one end you have a negative angle and on the other end you have a positive angle both angles should equal a straight line as much ad possible when you start creating let's say corners you run into the possibility of locking up the drive line and anytime the drive shaft locks up it will snap or the cv joint will come apart the best way to do this is to set up the truck in a way that the wheels spin free at any angle you want that means setting the suspension at the proper height or going to a ball type cv joint.
