Hey guys how could I upgrade the drive shafts on Classic 2.5? I would like to do something really strong. Any Ideas? Part Numbers? Ect..

Thanks!:p:

Now are you talking about the first version of the 2.5 with the narrow arms or wider arm version?

I put some MIP CVDs on mine. I scored them on E-Bay for $20. I don't think they had ever been ran either. In a T-Maxx they should never break or bend unless you tear an A-Arm off on a mailbox or something like that (did it)

X 2 on the MIP's but for the right ones we do need to know if it is the wide or narrow version, but being that it is a 2.5 and not the .15 pro it is more likely to the wide version, post some pics of it....

ALL versions of the 2.5 maxxes are wide. The Pro .15 version was the only narrow maxx.

I would suggest cvds all the way around. I used Dynamite CVDs on all corners and the centers. Put them on years ago and they are still working perfectly.

Sorry NC I coulda swore that the forst version of the 2.5 came out with just the new engine and not the wider A arms. But I guess not. Sorry for the false info.
