drive problems

hi, i am having problems with my casror k8t,the problem is that when it's going i am pressing the throttle and the car over revs and stops moving i then pump the throttle or half throttle it then kicks in,i dont know if its the diff,gearbox or clutch, anyone any ideas?

i would start by checking your clutch if its worn out. if its good might be the slipper?. one fast way of seeing whats going on and yes i know its not that good of a thing to do but is hold the buggy on the ground with the shell off and have it running hit the gas and just look if the clutch bell is turning or not or even if the spur gear is moving ? its a place to start
