Them drift cars are sweet ass looking and i bet they are even more fun to drive. I want one know but i said in another post wouldnt that get boring because evrtime you turn you are going to drift.
 
That's not true...drift cars can have some of the best grip of any cars around, they don't just begin drifting every time you turn.

Drifting takes major skill. If it was that easy, it wouldnt be a sport.

If your talking about lillightingboy21's remark, I think he is talking about the Drift RC Cars that do drift everytime you try to turn.
 
even RC cars dont drift automatically. It takes muchmore skill becuse they are so light, you need the actual torque to keep the car moving, unlike the momentum gained from real 1/1 cars. RC cars also do tend to have a bit of grip, due to the giant contact patch on such a light vehicle. Very diffrent from 1/1, seems alot harder to drift. I pulled out my RS4 the other day, switchd to 2wd, taped the tires, and headed out. Very hard, only becuase my engine sucks...15Fe, but oh well...just giving you my :2cents:

any oif u live out by laguna seca we had a drifting event a couple of weeks ago it was tight
some 17 year old kid from japan without a licensce won in a 240sx he was against a 600hp viper that probably weighed 2400lbs maybe a little more
theres also gonna be three leagues starting next year or later this year and theres a lot of skilled drivers that r gonna be in it
