hi all i was wondering about hard compound plastic tyres for my hpi rs4 evo+ to enable it to drift better. these tyres are so hard i doubt they'd offer any traction would this suffice or am i only fooling myself and trying to avoid getting the proper suspension and one way diff.
what i mean to say is is there more than one way to drift or must the suspension and drivetrain be set up for it?

You can use a piece of pvc pipe that fits over your wheels for drift tires.

I m agree with hotrodrob, You can use a piece of pvc pipe that fits over your wheels for drift tires.

I have used masking/electrical tape on the tires as well. Just wrap it around the tire couple of times and there you go.

i agree with non crimen electrical tape does the job plus u get a
little more handleling than with the really hard tires
