So I bought some TDrift tires from HPI for my TT01, but I can't get them on. I always get one lip of the rim on but I can't get the tire to go over the lip to fit. I tried every tutorial and none of them works. Anybody have a great tip that will work? LMK. Thanks!

Boil some water put the tires in there for a few mins and it should fit after. Then after put them in the freezer to cool them down so that they sit correctly.

Well here's what is happening. I am boiling the tires. I quickly slide the rim into the tire (Back of rim into front of tire) but I can't seem to get the other side of the lip (On the front of the rim) to get into the tire. In the videos they do it so easily, but when we try it, it bruises our thumbs.
