What time on April 30th is the cut-off for the drawing? I'm planning on becoming a Supporting Member on Friday, but I can't until I get home from work at about 4pm CST. And does posting access start immediately?

Usually, it means the end of that day by forum time,then the drawing is the next day. However the on the Haiti drawing he pulled the trigger early. Best thing to do is PM WoodiE and ask.

Yes, posting access starts immediately and yes, the drawings generally end at midnight on the chosen day.
